Hennis Enterprises has specialized in custom manufacturing for 27 years. We produce thousands of picture and mirror frames for the OEM market each year. The integration of design components is becoming more and more popular. For example, we can produce frames, furniture parts and moldings which match a wallpaper or fabric design. With our partners in the furniture, frame, and lighting industries, we can bring an entire themed concept to reality.

What sets Hennis Enterprises apart from our competitors is our experience and innovation in mold design and our extensive knowledge in the chemical processes required with the use of Polyurethane. There are many reasons to use Polyurethane instead of traditional materials. It is produced at considerably lower cost than alternative construction materials such as stone or wood. Its ability to resist liquids gives it an advantage over metals and woods which are vulnerable to mildew and corrosive attack in high-humidity environments. For exterior applications it is resistant to environmental degradation and is termite proof. Polyurethane products are very easy to handle and much more cost effective to ship, as well as to finish and install.

A good example of the versatility of polyurethane foam is our replication of Shaquille O’Neil’s shoe. The foam shoe shows great detail and you can see the textures of leather, rubber, nylon cloth, shoelaces and stitching. We produced several hundred of these shoes for Shaq’s main charity, Athletes and Entertainers for Kids.
